Returns Policy

Although at Mobilis Healthcare we aim to provide you with first class service and high quality products, sometimes the product or service you’ve chosen isn’t quite right.

You might have ordered the wrong size, style or colour, found it doesn’t do what you expected, or you just might not be happy with the product or service we’ve provided.

Either way, you can take advantage of our 14 day money back guarantee, and return a product or cancel a service within 14 days and claim a full refund. So, you’ll have plenty of time to make your mind up.

You can return a product and claim a refund within 14 calendar days of delivery if the product is:

  • In its original packaging
  • In an unused condition
  • Not a made or bought to order product

Unfortunately, we cannot give you a refund for a product that does not meet the above requirements and if you do choose to return a product, a transportation charge will apply.

A charge no greater than 20% of the invoice value may be charged on goods not required, incorrectly ordered or duplicated; such items must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date.

call centre 150You can cancel a service if you contact us within 14 calendar days of entering the contract, but unfortunately, if you have already commenced use of the service, we cannot provide you with a refund.
